At South Coast Hearing Solutions, we know how important good hearing is in helping you to fully participate in life with family, friends and colleagues.
The problem is, our hearing can deteriorate as we age, are exposed to excessive noise or because of illness. When this happens you can struggle to follow conversations (especially in the presence of background noise) and may even stop doing the things you love. Left untreated, hearing loss can cause arguments, relationship breakdown, depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, isolation and has even been linked to an
increased risk of neurodegemerative diseases such as Alzheimers and dementia. You can be left feeling frustrated, embarrassed and alone.
Needless to say, having a hearing loss can be exhausting! We understand.

South Coast Hearing Solutions is a beautiful, privately owned, independent hearing specialist situated in Fairy Meadow, along the southern coast of New South Wales. Established by Jodie Stewart and born of her desire to open a clinic that truly puts people first and provides an exceptional standard of care in a warm and welcoming space where you can relax, enjoy a hot drink and a laugh with us. Jodie is a qualified Audiometrist
and prides herself on providing a bespoke, personalised service. We are committed to always operate in a way that is completely transparent and ethical; to provide premium products and services that offer
value for money with absolutely no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary sales.

Meet Jodie
I am a fully accredited Audiometrist with over a decade’s experience in the Audiology industry, and was recently extended the great opportunity and honour to take a volunteer position as President of the not-for profit organisation, Himalayan Health and Hearing. I am truly excited about the future of hearing health: as technology rapidly advances, hearing devices are really becoming incredible instruments of connectivity. I live with my husband in Shellharbour Village. In my spare time you will find me reading, walking in nature, and sharing good food and laughter with the people I love. My favourite time of the day is the early morning, when the world is waking up. I love the stillness, and most importantly the sounds of nature as the sun rises and the day slowly comes to life.
I couldn’t imagine not being able to completely hear, and therefore fully experience, this special time each day. This is my passion – to help you experience fully the moments that give your life meaning and magic, whatever they may be.

If this the case, we have you covered! We work closely with Sydney’s prominent Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon, Dr Phillip Chang, to ensure you receive the best treatment possible. What is more, you can expect to skip the queue! Do not wait up to 6 months to see a specialist, priority appointments with Dr Chang are made available to us, so clients of South Coast Hearing Solutions can avoid the long waiting times.
HIMALAYAN HEALTH & HEARING
We are passionate about easing the suffering of all individuals with hearing loss, regardless of race, religion or economic status. That is why a
portion of all our income is given to Himalayan Health and Hearing to provide audiological services, education programs and hearing devices to
people in need in the Himalayan region. Jodie is the newly appointed President of this not-for-profit, and donates her time and resources freely.
